Answer a call	Pick up handset or press Speaker
Put call on hold	Press Hold
Return to held call	Press Hold again
Transfer a call (recommended)	Press Transfer → Dial extension → Wait for answer → Press Transfer
Fast transfer (no talking)	Press Transfer → Dial extension → Press Transfer
Check voicemail	Press Message → Follow prompts
Mute yourself	Press Mute — press again to unmute
Use speakerphone	Press Speaker
Redial last number	Press Redial
Adjust volume	Press + to increase / – to lower
Headset mode	Press Headset

Red light meanings

Light behavior	What it means
Solid red	Phone is starting up
Fast blinking red	Incoming call

When something goes wrong
