All features at a glance

Feature	What to do
Answer a call	Press Answer, press Speaker, or pick up the handset
Reject a call	Press Reject or press the X on the screen
Attended transfer (talk first)	Press Transfer → Dial extension → Press Call → Talk → Press Transfer again
Blind transfer (immediate)	Press Transfer → Dial extension → Press Blind Transfer
Put call on hold	Press Hold / Pause
Resume call	Press Resume
Mute / unmute	Press the Microphone button to toggle
Adjust volume	Press + to increase or – to decrease
View call history	Press History → Browse list → Select number → Press Call
Redial	Press History → Select number → Press Call
Call internal extension	Dial extension → Press Call, Speaker, or pick up handset
Call external number	Dial full phone number → Press Call, Speaker, or pick up handset
Access voicemail	Tap the envelope icon → Press * → Follow prompts
Test emergency setup	Dial 933 → Press Call — confirms your 911 address

⚠ Emergency: Always dial 933 first to verify your 911 address is correct before an emergency. Then dial 911 in a real emergency.
